A new adventure: Pastries
I've been experimenting with pastries, only because it's the only civilized way to progress! These are some danishes made with honey dipped cream cheese filling with raspberries.

Domada
Our first experiment state-side with domada, the Senegalese 'cousin' of mafe (except without the peanuts). We ate on the floor around a bowl just like civilized people do.

Happy Easter!
Our first dinner party since the arrival in our new home with close friends: Scott and Nicole and Karen. An entire day of eating, laughing, talking and drinking. Can't every weekend be this happy?
